Françoise likes to cook for a lot of guests. She is fond of festive, generous Mediterranean cuisine. She will treat you with delicious regional specialities. Through your room’s windows, you will see vineyards, olive trees, asparagus plants and aromatic herbs. In Vaucluse, nature offers many gifts which you will find on our table.

Regular breakfast in la maiZon features hot drinks, pastries, bread, yoghurt, fresh fruits and juice, homemade marmalade and jam. You may ask for eggs and ham with no extra charge.
Our table d’hôtes offer varies according to season, focusing on fresh, local products.
Meals
La table d’hôtes est en option et soumise à réservation. Les repas se prennent dans la grande cuisine/salle à manger, dans le jardin ou sur la terrasse à la belle saison, parfois devant la cheminée par temps froid.
Vegetable anchovy dip, pissaladière, tielles (a type of savory pie), homemade terrines, grilled peppers, eggplant Provençal…
Aïoli, bourride (a fish stew), paella, rabbit with sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed vegetables, mariniers’ beef, Vaucluse lamb stew, pistou soup, lamb with zucchini and pine nuts, crespeou (a type of omelet cake), rouille (a garlic and saffron sauce)…
Chestnut tiramisu, lemon tart, large chocolate macaron…
We offer a fine wine list featuring Ventoux and Côtes du Rhône wines, of course, but also wines from across the Mediterranean at reasonable prices.
We also serve wines by the glass.

We offer packed lunches to take away for your walks in the Luberon and your outings on Mont Ventoux. A sandwich, a salad, a homemade pastry, accompanied by a thermos of coffee or hot chocolate will give you the energy you need for a great day of activity.
