General conditions of sale

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the reservation of rooms and additional services made with maiZon les ChaViRés. They are those in force on the date your reservation is confirmed and apply across all platforms offering our services, including our own website and reseller websites. They cancel and replace any previous general terms and conditions of sale that were posted online and/or accepted by the Client. They are deemed to have been read and accepted by the Client at the time of booking online or by telephone. Any confirmed reservation constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale.

Length of Stay

The Client signing the contract must be over 18 years of age (legal age in France). The Client enters into the contract for the duration specified in the reservation and may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain on the premises beyond this period. Any request to extend the stay must be made in consultation with the service provider and will be subject to availability.

Conclusion of the Reservation Contract

The Client certifies the accuracy of the information provided when making the reservation online or by telephone. The reservation becomes effective once the Client has paid, by credit card, a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total reservation amount. The Client will receive an email confirming the terms of the reservation. The balance is payable on site.

For any additional services other than overnight stays, breakfasts, dinners, or access to the wellness area—which cannot be booked online—the Client must contact the service provider directly by email or telephone in order to obtain a quotation based on the requested services.

How to Book

Reservations can be made directly via our booking form on the website www.la-maizon-mazan or by telephone at +33 (0)6 72 03 32 35.

Parking is available to guests but is not supervised.

Accommodation Capacity

The contract is established for a specific number of persons. If the number of guests exceeds this number or does not comply with the reservation terms, the service provider may refuse additional guests without this constituting a modification or termination of the contract.
